Chair yoga is an accessible, inclusive way to move your body, using a chair, anywhere! Chair yoga is accessible to most people and offers some of the same benefits as regular yoga. It’s perfect for anybody, anywhere! 


1-hour live ZOOM class focused on connecting you to your body by aligning the breath with movement in a chair. This class is accessible to all, all levels are welcome. Grab a comfortable chair!

It is an accessible, inclusive way to practice movement and meditation that is perfect for anybody, on a chair, anywhere! Chair movement and meditation provides a number of health benefits. It’s accessible to more people, and there are several science-backed reasons to give it a try.

30 minute live Zoom practice that includes breath to movement, and meditation to get your Weekend started in a positive and uplifting way. This classes is accessible to most, all levels are welcome. Grab a comfortable chair!
